- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards for residential care.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC PIN: Possess a valid NMC PIN and relevant nursing qualifications.
- Nursing Home Experience: Have experience working in a nursing home setting.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to supervise staff and coordinate care services.
- Medication Administration: Have knowledge of medication administration and patient care best practices.
- Dementia Care: Have experience in dementia care and be able to develop and implement care plans for residents with dementia.
