We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to lead our team as a Registered Manager within our reputable nursing home in Boston. The home provides person-centred care for 40 residents, with a focus on elderly, dementia, physical disability, mental health, and learning disability care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the staff team and ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service
- Liaise with local authorities and CQC to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Develop and implement care plans, assessments, and reviews to meet individual resident needs
- Manage audits and budget to ensure financial stability and efficiency
You should have previous experience of leading a team, dealing with local authorities and the CQC, and good knowledge of care home finances and budgeting. In return, you will receive a generous salary, ongoing training, development, and internal progression opportunities, including the chance to gain NVQ Level 5.
