Job Summary

We're recruiting a Care Assistant to provide person-centered care and support to our clients in Boston and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support with medication management and administration
  • Prepare and cook hot meals and snacks
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to our clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a compassionate and empathetic individual with excellent communication skills. You'll also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the role, which may include lifting and moving clients. A driving license and access to a vehicle are also preferred.
