About the Role

Cera Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Boston. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Manage medications and administer as required
  • Cook or prepare hot meals for clients
  • Help with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Provide companionship and reassurance to clients

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
