Job Overview:Growth Investments is seeking a skilled Investment Broker to join our dynamic team. This position involves engaging with clients in the investment sector, focusing on tech, equity, and loan note investments.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Engage with incoming leads regarding our investment offerings.
- Close deals generated by junior brokers.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to uncover new sales opportunities and understand client needs.
- Respond to client inquiries, deliver product information, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- At least 1 year of experience in closing sales, ideally within the investment industry.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficient in closing deals via phone communication.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Attractive base salary in GBP along with commission opportunities up to 7%.
