Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Director of HR or Finance. This is a hybrid, full-time permanent position based in Birmingham city centre, offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including:

  • Coordinating meetings and events: Arranging the set-up of internal and external meetings, including board, executive, and performance meetings.
  • Diary and inbox management: Providing extensive diary and inbox management for the Directors, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
  • Travel and accommodation arrangements: Arranging travel and accommodation for the Directors as needed.
  • Financial management: Raising purchase orders and reconciling budgets.
  • Document management: Working with documents, including filing and report writing.
  • Other administrative duties: Providing support with other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience: Previous experience providing support at Director/Board level as a Personal Assistant.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills: Outstanding organization and communication skills, with the ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
