Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent in the market.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively engage candidates and build relationships with potential hires.
  • Headhunt for specialist roles and create high-quality job advertisements that showcase our clients' brands.
  • Research and propose innovative ways of recruiting and staying ahead of the competition in the market.
  • Source and attract candidates using a range of tools and methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Manage and develop candidate relationships to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Qualify, shortlist, and present suitable candidates to our clients for interview and selection.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and a high-quality recruitment experience.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in recruitment or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to approach potential candidates is essential.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment is required.
  • A basic understanding of employment law is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office is essential for this role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are required to manage multiple recruitment projects.
