In the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will provide an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates by managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and implementing innovative hiring solutions. You will cultivate existing client relationships and network to establish new connections while enhancing our candidate talent pool.
Your journey will begin with on-the-job training, where you will actively build your own desk and source candidates that align with client requirements. Recruitment is fundamentally a sales-oriented role, and a significant portion of your day will involve phone communication, negotiating with clients and candidates. Each day will present deadlines and targets, but you will have the opportunity to increase your earnings through our commission structure and enjoy a promising career path within a rapidly growing recruitment agency.
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record as a successful recruiter in a sector that provides industry insight. Experience in the food sector is advantageous but not mandatory. Additionally, you should have experience in building and managing a busy supply desk, demonstrating the ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment. It is essential to showcase a previous role where you have been an attentive listener, quickly built rapport, and engaged with individuals to understand their needs. A willingness to learn about food industry insights and stay updated on current trends, industry challenges, relevant legislation, competitors, and local knowledge is also required.
