Talent Sourcing and Attraction:

Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to draw a diverse array of qualified candidates while promoting the company’s culture and values.

Leverage various channels, including internal talent pools, job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates, supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.


Comprehensive Recruitment Process:

Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, encompassing job postings, candidate screening, assessment centers, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment journey.



Employer Branding Initiatives:

Enhance the company’s employer brand through social media, job fairs, and other recruitment events.

Establish and nurture relationships with universities, industry associations, and other talent sources.


Data Management and Analysis:

Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to identify improvement areas and generate reports on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, including data on Equality and Diversity.

Maintain accurate and current candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, safeguarding confidentiality and data privacy in handling candidate information.

Work within the designated recruitment budget, optimizing expenditures on job advertisements and recruitment events.

Assess the cost-effectiveness of various recruitment channels and strategies, implementing cost-saving measures without compromising candidate quality.

Provide training and support to hiring managers on inclusive recruitment practices.

Qualifications include:

  • Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, or a similar role.
  • Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a creative and strategic approach to recruitment challenges.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity, committed to maintaining confidentiality and data privacy.
  • Ability to take initiative and lead new projects or tasks, demonstrating a proactive approach and resilience in overcoming recruitment challenges.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CIPD Professional Recruitment Qualification (PRQ) certification.
  • Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) certification.
