We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our People team as a Head of Learning and Development. This role will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative learning initiatives that align with our organisation's principles and long-term goals.

About the Role

The Head of Learning and Development will be responsible for managing a comprehensive portfolio of programs, including training workshops, mentoring schemes, and leadership development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in talent and leadership development, strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, and experience in a mature tech organisation or a company with a strong brand identity.

The successful candidate will work closely with the People team and senior leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative learning and development initiatives.
  • Developing and managing the talent development budget.
  • Identifying high-potential individuals and creating customised development plans.
  • Encouraging and facilitating continuous professional development (CPD) among employees.
  • Designing and executing leadership development programs and providing coaching and mentorship.
  • Building strong relationships with senior leadership, department heads, and external training providers.

  • Proven experience in talent development, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing talent development initiatives.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organisational Development, or a relevant field.
