About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter/Contingent Workforce Lead to join our entrepreneurial team at Alvarium Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, selling, and delivering our Associate (Contingent/Flexible) hiring solution across the UK management consultancy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an industry-leading Associate hiring solution, underpinned by high-quality collateral, contracts, and sourcing, selection, and communications systems and tools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Source and recruit top Associate talent for our clients, utilizing your expertise in contractor recruitment and IR35 compliance.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and execute sales strategies, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, ensuring our solutions remain innovative and effective.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in contract recruitment, with a strong understanding of the UK PSC contractor recruitment market.
  • Experience recruiting Associates into consulting or contractors into professional services, or a background in resourcing management within a management consultancy.
  • Deep understanding of IR35 and its application in a management consultancy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on developing long-term relationships and driving business growth.
