About the Role

We're seeking an experienced contract recruiter or contingent workforce lead to join our entrepreneurial team from our London office.

As a key member of our team, you'll help develop, sell, and deliver our Associate (Contingent/Flexible) hiring solution across the UK management consultancy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an industry-leading Associate hiring solution underpinned by high-quality collateral, contracts, and sourcing, selection, and communications systems and tools.
  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders through sales outreach and account management.
  • Deliver top-tier Associate consulting talent across a client base of growing management consultancies.

Requirements

  • Experience as a contract recruiter with a deep understanding of the UK PSC contractor recruitment market.
  • Knowledge of IR35 and its application in a management consultancy.
  • Proven track record in every aspect of contractor recruitment, from sourcing and screening to contracting and managing a network of contract resources.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to develop long-term relationships.
