We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Motorcycle Service Advisor. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for booking in vehicles for service and maintenance, coordinating with the Workshop Manager, and up-selling to customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Book in vehicles for service and maintenance
* Coordinate with the Workshop Manager to ensure efficient workflow
* Provide exceptional customer service and up-sell opportunities
* Meet customer service and sales targets

**Requirements**

* Confident and organized individual with excellent communication skills
* Ability to quickly engage with customers and build rapport
* Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the motor trade

**Benefits**

* Highly competitive salary of £28k and bonus to OTE in excess of £30k
