We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dutch Speaking Sales and Service Advisor to join our team.

As an Inbound Sales & Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

You will also make return outbound calls to prospective clients and engage customers in genuine conversations to understand their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Making and receiving calls to customers to discuss existing broadband packages and up-selling opportunities.
  • Building rapport with customers to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Engaging customers in enjoyable conversations to understand their needs.
  • Updating databases with customer details and activity.

We offer a comprehensive training programme to ensure you have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in this role.

Key requirements include:

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Be driven by success, goal-oriented, and enjoy delivering great customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Result orientated and have a determined attitude to achieve KPIs.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Committed and resilient.
  • Keen to learn and develop.
  • The ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary.
  • Commitment to excellence.
  • IT literate.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Shifts are available from 9am to 6:30pm.
