Senior Service Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our team at JCT600 in Leeds. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that every aspect of our customers' visits is catered for in a positive and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is courteous, professional, and tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of vehicle repairs, utilizing effective communication with workshop control to meet agreed completion times.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, converting them into firm bookings through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed of repair progress and completion times.
  • Professionally sell products, services, and repair work, ensuring all objectives are met and customer needs are exceeded.
  • Invoice completed work and process payments as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental objectives and KPIs.
  • Utilize dealer and manufacturer systems to capture data and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • A customer-centric approach, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, with experience of using databases desirable.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
  • A true team player.
