Position Overview: We are seeking qualified individuals to fill the role of Clinical Fellow within our Inpatient Wards, specializing in General Adult Psychiatry.

Employment Details: This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) at UHBW Trust. The role is equivalent to the Core Trainee level, with appointments made based on the applicant's qualifications and experience.

Contract Duration: The initial contract will be for a period of 6 months, with the potential for a 6-month extension, contingent upon mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Work Environment: Successful candidates will be integrated into the multidisciplinary team at our modern inpatient psychiatric wards. Each ward is supervised by a consultant, with additional support from a second ward doctor, who may be a core trainee or clinical fellow.

Career Development: This position is suitable for physicians at various stages of their careers, including those who have recently completed Foundation Year 2, those seeking specialized experience during an FY3 year, or those pursuing additional clinical experience while working towards MRCPsych qualifications.

Compensation: For candidates who have recently completed their Foundation training, remuneration will be at nodal point MT03 - £43, while those with two years of post-Foundation experience will receive remuneration at nodal point MT04 - £55.
