About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Local Business Development Manager to join our team at Mercedes Benz of Tonbridge. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with B2B customers and driving sales growth in the South East and Midlands region.

Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and maintain a strong relationship with existing customers.
  • Monitor and report on sales activity, using sales best practices to optimize results.
  • Work closely with the General Sales Manager and Group LBDM Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative ideas to benefit the team and wider business.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for the motor trade industry, and a dedication to flawless B2B customer service. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred but not essential. A full UK driving license is required.
