Insurance Business Development Manager

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Insurance Business Executive to join one of the UK's largest independent broking groups. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing new business prospects and developing these through all stages of the business development lifecycle, to successful completion, providing a quality and compliant service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer and present insurance solutions, including insurance policies and other risk management solutions, to secure new business while ensuring a quality service is delivered.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities and grow the client base.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives and provide support as needed.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines without supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Insurance products and services.
- Ability to prioritize and organize own workload.
