Job Summary:

Katherine Shields Private Staff Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced live-in nanny to care for a family's three children in a lovely home near Abingdon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch childcare, maintaining a safe and healthy environment, and supporting the family's lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sole charge care for the three children, including getting them ready for nursery and school, packing school bags, preparing snacks, and arranging activities and playdates.
  • Assist with bath and bedtime routines, including preparing and cooking healthy meals for the children.
  • Take the children to school and after-school activities, and provide transportation as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized home environment, including household chores and laundry.
  • Support the family's lifestyle by being a reliable and trustworthy member of the household.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a live-in nanny or in a similar childcare role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driver's license and a car for work purposes.
  • Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing circumstances.
