Job Summary:

Katherine Shields Private Staff Ltd is seeking an experienced and caring live-in nanny to join their family in a rural setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the care and well-being of three children, aged 8, 6, and 2 years old.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care and supervision for the children, including getting them ready for nursery and school, packing school bags, preparing snacks, and arranging activities and playdates.
  • Assist with bath and bedtime routines, including preparing and cooking healthy meals for the children.
  • Transport the children to and from school and after-school activities, utilizing the provided vehicle.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for the children, adhering to established routines and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the family to ensure a smooth and efficient household operation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a live-in nanny or in a similar childcare role.
  • Comfortable with sole charge and occasional shared care arrangements.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
