Job Summary:
Katherine Shields Private Staff Ltd is seeking an experienced live-in nanny to care for a family's three children in a lovely rural setting near Abingdon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch childcare, maintaining the children's established routine, and ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide sole charge care for the three children, including getting them ready for nursery and school, packing school bags, preparing snacks, and arranging activities and playdates
- Assist with bath and bedtime routines, including preparing and cooking healthy meals for the children
- Take the children to school and after-school activities, as well as provide transportation for school pickups
- Be responsible for the children's overall care and well-being, including their physical and emotional health
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a live-in nanny or in a similar childcare role
- Comfortable maintaining the children's established routine and adapting to their needs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driver's license and a car provided for work purposes only
- Pet-friendly candidate preferred, as the family has a dog
