As a Family Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing timely support and interventions to families facing challenges. You will work closely with children, young people, and their parents to address safeguarding concerns and promote positive outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive case management for families referred to the service.
  • Providing direct support and guidance to children, young people, and their families.
  • Facilitating Team Around the Family meetings to coordinate care and resources.
  • Delivering evidence-based group programs designed to strengthen family relationships and promote well-being.
