Role Responsibilities

The role involves case management and direct engagement with children, young people, and their families, providing timely interventions to address safeguarding issues and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating Team Around the Family meetings.
  • Delivering evidence-based group programs for families who meet the service criteria.
