Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Handler to join our team at Stride Resource Management Ltd. As a key member of our North London office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our diverse commercial insurance client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our Account Executive and Management teams to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts with premiums ranging from £5,000 to £125,000 and beyond, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries and professions, ensuring their insurance needs are met with expertise and care.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, applying your knowledge to provide innovative solutions and exceptional service.
  • Work closely with our team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, contributing to the success of our business.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Commercial Account Handler within the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
