Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities across the commercial and corporate insurance spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing client requirements across their lifecycle, including new business quotations, renewals, and documentation queries.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of new prospects to drive business growth and retention.
  • Work closely with account handlers to ensure all documentation and broking is completed on time and in line with service level agreements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and insurers to maximize retention levels and drive business growth.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of systems and processes.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators, including portfolio growth, new business, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve branch targets and drive business success.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial and corporate insurance, with a solid understanding of main commercial insurance products, including property, liability, fleet, PI, D&O, cyber, and packaged solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, stakeholder management, sales, and IT skills.
  • A full driving license and ability to travel as required.
