Job Summary
Williams Lea Limited is seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our visitors and clients, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and making them feel at home
- Managing phone calls and directing them to the right team members
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting rooms
- Meeting room hospitality – set up and clear down
- Keeping the reception area tidy and organized
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Receptionist role
- A friendly and approachable team player
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- A proactive and organized approach to work
- Experience of Microsoft Office Packages
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
