Job Duties:

  • Conduct training sessions on Ventilation and Respiratory Care.
  • Serve as a role model, fostering the development of Care Teams' competencies.
  • Work part-time with adaptable hours to accommodate service requirements.
  • Provide training during evening or early morning sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse or qualified Physiotherapist.
  • Proven experience in respiratory care and invasive ventilation.
  • Strong managerial, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to inspire and develop team members.
  • Experience in palliative care is advantageous.

  • Registered Nurse or qualified Physiotherapist.

Desirable:

  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education.
  • BSc (Hons) in a relevant field.
  • NMC/CSP practice assessor certification.

Experience:

  • Demonstrated managerial, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient teaching, training, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in complex respiratory care.
  • Capability to develop and implement training programs.

Desirable:

  • Experience in change management and problem-solving.
  • Skills in palliative care and staff evaluation.
  • Development of educational and training materials.
