Job Summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Quality and Governance Team as a Senior Administration Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, including data collection, report writing, taking minutes, and maintaining internal databases and assurance records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional and efficient reception service to visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of the Trust.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Make recommendations for improvement to existing administration procedures and processes, ensuring alignment with Trust policies and procedures.
  • Support the team in tasks such as data analysis, report writing, and maintaining internal databases and assurance records.
