Deputy Manager

Shepherd Neame is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our business. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving growth and customer satisfaction at our site.
Key Responsibilities- Support the General Manager in leading the team and making key decisions
- Deputise for the General Manager in their absence
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth
- Lead and develop the team to ensure excellent customer service
