As an ambassador for our brand, this role will see you supporting the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the business, deputising in their absence, and driving the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction at site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business
  • Deputise for the General Manager in their absence
  • Drive the delivery of continued growth and customer satisfaction at site
  • Assist in the creation of an inclusive culture within the business
  • Work closely with the team to lead and develop them
  • Ensure excellent customer service at every opportunity
