Deputy Manager Position

Shepherd Neame is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business. This role involves deputising in the General Manager's absence and driving growth and customer satisfaction at the site.
Key Responsibilities- Support the General Manager in leading the team and making key decisions
- Assist in the creation of an inclusive culture within the business
- Develop and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and plans
