Education Compliance Specialist

About the Role

As an Education Compliance Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding students, educators, and schools while maintaining our reputation for excellence in education recruitment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all recruitment activities comply with Apsco+ regulations and company policies.
  • Identifying potential compliance risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Providing guidance and compliance support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborating with Recruitment Consultants to understand specific needs for your region's supply and long-term vacancies.
  • Conducting training sessions for recruitment staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping of candidate information and compliance with relevant regulations.
