About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join our team at Cera Care, where you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with daily living skills and supporting them to live independently in their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to clients with mental health needs, including administering medication, completing cleaning and household tasks, and observing, monitoring, and recording client information.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to enhance their life skills, such as problem-solving, budgeting, and home management.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health and social care.
Requirements
  • Ability to communicate effectively and utilize a variety of communication tools.
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health needs, Autism, and substance misuse (full training will be provided).
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, lates, nights, sleep-ins, and 24hr shifts.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide support to colleagues when needed.
