We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Neonatal Transport Practice Development Nurse to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safe and effective transport of critically ill neonates across our region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement evidence-based protocols for neonatal transport.
  • Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to neonatal transport nurses.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to neonatal transport.
  • Contribute to the education and training of neonatal transport staff.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with a specialization in Neonatal Nursing.
  • Extensive experience in neonatal transport.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
