Key Responsibilities- Lead by example as an expert specialist neonatal nurse on the Neonatal Transfer Team for London.
- Work as part of a team in facilitating neonatal transfers across London and the South East.
- Develop and maintain expertise in neonatal transport nursing, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transfers and high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to neonatal transport nursing.

Person Specification- Essential:
- RSCN/RN
- ENB 405 (or equivalent)
- Qualified in specialty HDU & ITU
- ENB 998 (or equivalent)/ mentorship
- NLS
- Desirable:
- Diploma/Degree in related topic BSc Nursing
- Attendance at accredited study days/courses
- Evidence of pursuing area of interest appropriate to practice.
