Principal Marketing Analyst

Overview

The Impellam Group is a leading provider of workforce solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Principal Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Analytics Expertise: Develop and maintain advanced marketing analytics capabilities, including data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Design and implement comprehensive reporting and analysis tools to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Customer Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies, leveraging data and analytics to inform business decisions.
  • LTV Optimization: Develop and refine Lifetime Value (LTV) models to optimize marketing investments and drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in for marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Analytics Expertise: Proven experience in marketing analytics, including data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, data manipulation, and statistical modeling techniques, including Google BigQuery and DBT.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in managing and developing other analysts, with a proven track record of driving team success and growth.
