Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the process of qualitative and quantitative market research studies from inception to completion, including developing questionnaires, analyzing and interpreting data, making recommendations, and presenting findings.
  • Transform data into actionable insights and communicate them in a clear and compelling manner through reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with Siegel+Gale strategists and other practice teams to inform and support their work.
  • Manage research vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Program online surveys as needed.
  • Drive strategic influence within Siegel+Gale by collecting and sharing information and insights that drive critical brand and business decisions.
  • Act as a team player, facilitating the exchange of ideas and helping to bring ideas to action.
  • Assist the Director of Insights with thought leadership projects and PR studies to support the Siegel+Gale brand.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • A strong desire to create and contribute to an inclusive environment.
  • Experience in market research, preferably in a client, agency, research firm, or consultant role.
  • Solid experience conducting market research studies for both B2B and consumer clients.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both oral and written).
  • A strong strategic thinker with a solid understanding of business issues.
  • Independent and proactive work style.
  • Highly driven to succeed in a fast-paced, exciting business environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficient in software applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
