Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Effectiveness Director to join our team at Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing Market Mix Modelling and Econometrics projects, as well as managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.

About the Role

  • Lead and deliver on MMM/Econometrics projects, driving business growth and revenue improvement
  • Liaise directly with clients and manage relationships with various stakeholders, including senior executives and business leaders
  • Establish and convert new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in data-driven marketing strategies
  • Evaluate P&L to drive improvements in pricing and resource use, ensuring optimal business performance
  • Manage and mentor a team of Econometricians, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
  • Develop and implement integrated business recommendations, aligning with client business planning and objectives

About You

  • Proven track record of leading and delivering on MMM/Econometrics projects, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation
  • Ability to be hands-on and build MMM projects from scratch, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven insights
  • Previous agency experience is essential, with a strong understanding of the media and marketing landscape
  • Strong background in team management, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams
