Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale catering operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our clients and customers
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
