About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neonatal Staff Nurse to join our team at Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHSFT. As a key member of our neonatal unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to premature and sick infants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Provide clinical expertise and support to colleagues in the neonatal unit.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans for infants with complex needs.
  • Contribute to the education and training of junior staff and students.
  • Engage with families and carers to provide emotional support and guidance.
Requirements
  • 6 months experience working with infants in a neonatal unit.
  • Essential qualifications: RN(C)/RN(A) and commitment to continuing education.
  • Desirable qualifications: Post-registration qualification in neonatal specialist area.
