Job Title: Neonatal Staff Nurse

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Neonatal Staff Nurse to join our team at Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Neonatal Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, supporting the families, and contributing to a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert care to infants in our Neonatal Unit, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
  2. Support families through the care and treatment of their infants, promoting a culture of family-centered care.
  3. Participate in ongoing education and training to develop your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are up-to-date with the latest best practices and guidelines.
  4. Contribute to the development of our team, sharing your expertise and experience to improve patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 6 months experience working with infants in a neonatal unit.
  • Essential qualifications: RN(C)/RN(A) and commitment to continuing education.
  • Desirable qualifications: Post-registration qualification in neonatal specialist area.
