Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to become a vital part of our Project and Engineering Team in a dynamic work environment. This role is a full-time, permanent position.


Work Schedule:
This position entails a 37-hour work week, with flexibility for remote work arrangements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess project needs, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
  • Create comprehensive plans to direct clients, team members, and project groups, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving requirements.
  • Delegate project responsibilities based on team members' skills, experience, and strengths.
  • Track project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and present project updates to clients, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identify and manage potential risks.
  • Ensure projects adhere to established timelines and financial plans.
  • Coordinate with project assistants.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Completion of the CIDA Defence Installation Design Foundation Course and a thorough understanding of the ECR process.
  • A minimum of five years of substantial project management experience in the telecommunications industry.
  • Proficient IT skills and familiarity with essential software such as MS Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with experience in setting guidelines for team members.
