Position Overview:
A reputable housing association is seeking a Disrepair Administrator for a temporary role.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the monitoring of the team inbox.
2. Generate and process Purchase Orders.
3. Collaborate with contractors, legal team members, and surveyors to address daily inquiries.
4. Organize Surveyor diaries and schedule appointments for inspections.
5. Communicate with residents regarding inquiries related to work cases.
6. Manage case files, tracking progress and updating statuses in the work management system until resolution.

Compensation:
PAYE: £20.42 | Umbrella: £26.84

Essential Qualifications:
- Background in repairs administration is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Candidates must be available immediately or on short notice.
