About the Role:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to individuals facing mental health crises as a full-time Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP). You will be responsible for conducting assessments under the Mental Health Act, triaging referrals, and collaborating with healthcare providers and families to ensure individuals receive the appropriate care and support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments under the Mental Health Act
- Triage referrals and provide appropriate support
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and families
- Promote the well-being and rights of individuals in the community
Requirements:
- AMHP Qualification
- Significant experience working as an AMHP
- Registered with Social Care Wales
- Up-to-date DBS check
