**Job Summary**

Hop Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Manager to join their team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day front of house duties, facilities, operations, and event planning for our office in central London.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide administrative support to our team, managing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring a smooth running of the building.
  • Act as the first point of contact for office visitors, meeting and greeting clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with our facilities and suppliers to manage building maintenance, ensuring everything is in working order and any repairs are reported and dealt with efficiently.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot any IT issues to ensure minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Ensure the office space and front desk are always impeccably presented and well-stocked.
  • Ensure the office complies with health & safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Book meetings, reservations, and manage daily appointments to ensure seamless communication with our team and clients.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the flexible office market or hospitality industry, with a minimum of 6 months experience.
  • Good commercial acumen with the ability to provide sound advice to clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A positive attitude, true team player with a 'can do' approach and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
