Position: Mailroom Assistant

Contract Type: Temporary

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm

Compensation: £11.44 per hour

Overview: Office Angels National Accounts is seeking a dedicated individual to assist our client in a temporary capacity. This role involves supporting the operational needs of the mailroom and ensuring efficient handling of deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception, unloading, and distribution of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Address inquiries from clients, both in person and via telephone.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Loading Bay area.
  • Perform general mailroom tasks.
  • Engage in manual handling as required.
  • Prepare meeting and conference rooms for use.
