Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our team at LondonEnergy. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations
    • Assist in the general maintenance of the warehouse, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
    • Coordinate the receipt and storage of goods, including checking inventory levels and reporting discrepancies.
    • Assist in the issuance of goods to internal customers and suppliers.
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management
    • Assist in the purchasing process, including ordering and receiving goods.
    • Manage inventory levels, including conducting stocktakes and reporting on inventory discrepancies.
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
    • Assist in the resolution of any supply chain issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
