This role is pivotal in defining the strategic direction, framework, and future plans of the department. As the head of the annual sales territory alignment initiative, you will oversee the assessment, design, and execution of data management frameworks and tools that empower the sales teams. Your insights will be essential as you provide guidance to senior management on process optimization and tool development.

You will manage a team of Commercial Analysts, emphasizing ongoing education and process enhancement. Working within a multifaceted data landscape utilizing various ERPs and CRMs, you will serve as the primary liaison for data integration within sales operations. In collaboration with colleagues, you will develop a strategic plan for a robust and scalable sales operations framework.

About You

  • Proven experience in leading a data management team.
  • Degree in business, finance, or information technology.
  • Proficiency in key performance indicator management and visualization platforms such as PowerBi.
  • Familiarity with AWS Cloud Services and Redshift.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Experience in deploying scalable solutions across varied teams.
