We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our operations, offering a competitive salary. As a proactive leader, you will effectively inspire and guide your team to realize our collective vision for the future of retail, emphasizing exceptional customer service and quality offerings.

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the store, ensuring accountability for performance, administrative tasks, and the well-being of our store staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and meet various performance targets in alignment with company policies.
  • Oversee daily operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage cash flow and inventory control effectively.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and adaptability, with experience in a retail management role. A solid understanding of cash management, stock oversight, and relevant legislation regarding health & safety and food hygiene is essential.
