- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in career development and diversity inclusion.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to help associates apply learning concepts to their careers.
- Assist associates in identifying and leveraging their unique strengths and talents.
- Tailor training content and delivery approaches to resonate with local cultures and business contexts.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working within Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and general admission.
Overall, the trainers should possess strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, along with a deep understanding of corporate financial environments and career development principles.
